Refund Policy: There shall be no full refunds returned once the regular season of games has started. However, there can be prorated refunds prior to the regular season of games. A full refund can be returned until/before uniformsare ordered but thereafter, only 25% of the registration fee can be refunded if before the start of the regular season.Brentwood Travel Baseball (“BTB”) is a not for profit youth baseball organization completely run by volunteers.  In keeping  with  the  spirit  in  which  this  organization  was  founded,  BTB  requires  that  all  participants,  including  players, coaches, parents, spectators and officials, behave toward others with courtesy and respect and, assist us by providing a safe, encouraging  and  positive  atmosphere  during  practice,  games  and  BTB  sponsored  events.  As  such,  BTB  has  a code  of conduct policy.  This policy  is in effect for all BTB events and activities.  Any player, coach, parent,  spectator or official violating  this  policy  will  be  subject  to  disciplinary  action  as  determined  by  BTB,  including:    probation,  suspension,  fine, forfeiture of registration and/or other fees, and permanent expulsion from BTB.Decisions of BTB are final and no protests will be entertained.I,  the  undersigned  acknowledge that  I  have  read  and  understand  the  policies  and  procedures  noted  above,  understand  the expectations, the penalties listed, and accept responsibility for all immediate family members and will abide by the all to the best  of  my  ability.   The  player  and  his family  do  hereby  acknowledge  that  the  sports  activity  the  applicant  desires  to participate  in  may  possibly  subject  the  applicant  to  the  risk  of  injury  and  therefore  the  applicant  and  his  family  hereby release the Brentwood Travel Baseball, its agents, officials, coaches and staff from any liability whatsoever.
